About Capvond Composites

Capvond Composites was established by Iain Sanderson in 1989 in Glasgow, Scotland and has grown rapidly to become a nationally-respected supplier of a wide variety of products to the manufacturing industry.

Manufacturing on the south side of Glasgow in the Darnley Industrial Estate, this independently run business employs 10 staff, all of whom are highly trained in the production of bespoke plastic products. Everything produced in our factory is designed and constructed on the premises and we actively encourage all our clients and potential clients to visit to watch the manufacturing process in action.

We don't just manufacture GRP dormers. We also manufacture a wide range of products including construction products and bespoke mouldings (walkways, roofing, GRP chimneys, architectural mouldings, reproduction and stonecast mouldings, lids, GRP dormers, GRP canopies, balcony and atrium trays, turrets and bespoke building products), sewerage (covers, weir plates, scum boards, safety walkways, enclosures and shuttering), housings and enclosures, civil engineering (lift pit liners and trench liners), plumbing (cold water storage tanks, sectional water tanks and gutters) and firmgrip walkways and ramps (including safety walkways and mobility ramps).
